Onam Celebrations!
Happy Onam Cochin!

It's time to celebrate the comeback of King Mahabali to Kerala! Let's get down to making flower Onamrangolis outside our doors and whip up the feast of onasadhyam. This lavish preparation of rice, curries, pickles and papadams is served on banana leaves. The intention is to let King Mahabali know that his people are as happy and prosperous as they were under his rule.

Onasadhyam is incomplete without the sweet dish Payasam. So to help you with this culinary delight, MetroMela got in touch with a chef Rajesh from Gokulam Park Inn.
